Columbus Chippers Bring Carving Education to Local Cub Scouts

One of the major purposes of the Columbus Chippers is woodcarving education, and one of the main avenues we use is through the Boy Scouts of America. Tonight we wrapped up the Whittlin' Chip requirements for the Bear Den in a local Pack. Last session we covered knife safety and sharpening followed by a soap carving. Tonight we advanced to woodcarving. A good time was had by all, and no blood flowed. That makes it all a huge success!
